We ship from European Union, thus EU buyers cannot have any custom or import taxes on shipments from us.

Companies registered in EU but outside of Estonia can make orders without our local value added tax. In order to benefit from this, your EU VAT number must be saved under your account address. VAT number shall be entered without country prefix.

Tax free prices apply for out of European Union buyers, when you have registered customer account with out of EU shipping address or you have entered the out of EU shipping address at the checkout. Out of EU buyers shall consider your domestic regulations on import and pay your local taxes, duties and clearing fees directly to the courier once the goods enter your country.

RETURNS

Return & Refund Policy
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Non-returnable items
Fishing rods are not eligible for return due to their fragile nature. If your rod arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

Refunds and Exchanges
Depending on the issue, we will review your case together to determine whether the product is eligible for a refund or an exchange. If approved, you will be notified with the next steps.

Notice on Delivery
If you receive a courier delivery and the package is visibly damaged (large deep scratches, holes, or other noticeable defects), please make sure to inspect the goods and the packaging carefully.
When accepting the package, any visible damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt together with the courier. If the damage is not recorded at the time of delivery, the courier will not accept responsibility for it.
