We ship from European Union, thus EU buyers cannot have any custom or import taxes on shipments from us.

PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED
We use secure packaging and reliable couriers, thus any damage of the package is very rare case.
This is often asked from us, how we send fishing rods, because people have bad experience from elsewhere. Our answer: you don’t need to worry, we have special packages for fishing rods and we send the fishing rods accross Europe every day. Some of them are quite expensive, we do not want to risk with any damage to them.
However, when it should happen that package arrived is visible damaged, then:
1. Take a photo already before opening it.
2. Open it and take a photo from inside. If anything is broken, take photos from broken items.
3. If possible, do steps 1 and 2 together with the courier and ask courier to document that the package was delivered in damaged condition. You do not need to request anything else from the courier, just fix the situation
4. Take contact with us by replying your order email and attach your photos. We will take contact with the courier company and you will be compensated.
RETURNS
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Fishing rods are not eligible for return due to their fragile nature.
Depending on the issue, we will review your case together to determine whether the product is eligible for a refund or an exchange. If approved, you will be notified with the next steps.
