GLS Courier / Pick-up
We offer highly reliable and fast delivery accross European Union + Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom! Delivery time 5-6 working days, some more far destinations, like Ireland, Portugal, Malta may take up to 10 working days.
GLS is offered for both – small items and large format items, like fishing rods, winter suits etc. Where available the package may be left to parcel machine or pick up point nearby your address, which is often the most convenient for private customers, who may not be at home during day time and thus may choose the time for pick up themselves.
You will receive GLS tracking number automatically within 1-2 working days from our shipping confirmation.
In case of any problem, please contact with your local GLS customer service. If it does not help, please contact us by replying your order email, GLS usually answers our inquiries during 1-2 working days.
DPD, Omniva, Matkahuolto
Our neigbour countries Latvia, Lithuania, Finlandia and domestic Estonia, for small items you are offered Omniva, or in Finland Posti parcel machine delivery, where you can choose suitable parcel machine from drop down menu at checkout.
For Finland the most favorable shipping method is Matkahuolto lähellä package, where the parcel is delivered to nearby parcel machine or pick up point according to your order address. We use it for both, small and large format items.
DPD courier we use in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for door delivery of large format items, including fishing rods, winter suits etc, for all that cannot be accomodated to parcel machines.
DPD, Omniva, Matkahuolto delivery times 2-5 working days.

Fedex
Fedex we use for small parcel deliveries out of European Union. This is fast and reliable service with door delivery in most countries.
You will receive Fedex tracking number automatically within 1-2 working days from our shipping confirmation.
In case of any problem, please contact with your local Fedex customer service. If it does not help, please contact us by replying your order email, GLS usually answers our inquiries during 1-2 working days.
Post small packages and post parcels
Post small package delivery option may be suitable, if you don’t have any GLS parcel machine or pick up point nearcy and you have more comfortable to pick up your order from your local post office.
Post parcels we use for sending fishing rods out of European Union (except Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom, where we use GLS). However some countries may have parcel length limit 120cm, then we cannot fishing rods at all, you may want to inquire before you order. We also cannot send by post parcel the fishing rods, which transport lenght exceeds 150cm, eg 3m long two section spinning rods, which tranport length comes near 155-160 cm and thus go out post parcel size limit. This kind of fishing rods we can send only to the countries, where GLS, DPD or Matkahuolto is available.
Delivery times by post are usually 1-2 weeks in Europe and 2-4 weeks out of Europe. Some more far countries may be even up to 6 weeks.
However post delivery has timing unsecured and actual delivery times may vary a lot and delays may happen. Also in case of delays getting an answer may take longer time than with other couriers introduced above. But we always help you. When you see from tracking information that the package has arrived to your country, it is the best to contact with your local post customer service. If it is not arrived to your country yet, please take contact with us by replying your order email and with will instruct with next steps.
